If you find a roll of filament that is bad please add a label to it so we know it either needs drying, re-spooling or may not to be usable for printing anymore.
Cardboard spools:
- Some eSun filament comes on cardboard spools, the edges are sealed so they can go in the AMS but the spools are often a little wonky and can end up jamming. There are 3d printed covers for the edges in TAP lab, try adding them if you are having this problem.
- If it won’t work in the AMS you can load it into the external feeder instead.

PETG and TPU
- These both need to be VERY dry before use. Plan ahead and dry them for 24 hrs before you print.
